I'm amazed at the number of MLS closings/sales all over the North/South East coast in November. I would like to hear from Agents. Why now ? Are Sellers giving into "Lowballers"(Buyers) ? Is the Real Estate market making a "comeback" ? Are Buyers finally giving in to the stagnant home inventory on the market ? I always thought Real Estate sales were slow this time of year. Should Sellers start pricing their homes a bit higher now ? Thanks for your input.

I'd really like to see the data that this statement is based on... everything I see puts inventory at record highs with lower sales compared to years before.

My house has been sitting on the market for three months without so much as an offer to show for it.

Prices are falling here in Myrtle Beach, some sellers are still not getting it though.

I wish your statement was true about the realestate market coming back. Unfortunately I am broke as a joke!!! And there is only one reason- I am not selling the houses I used too. Its as simple as that.

I HOPE the market will come back by the spring of 2008, but to be quite honest with you, I am not planning on it. It usually takes a good 12 to 18 months.

However, I LOVE your Enthusiasm!!!! Its always good for the soul to stay positive!!!

I would not call this enthusiasm but a lie for most parts of country. Everyone is to blame but realtors and mortgage brokers share more responsibility. Remember you can tell when they lie. Their mouth moves.

I am sorry you feel that way. I am a realtor, and do not consider myself a liar. How can realtors be responsible for the decline in the housing market? That is absurd.

Moderator cut: referring post has been deleted Bottom line, homes are starting to sell now. Not at a record pace but sales have improved in the last 3 months. I simply wanna know why now ?

It is absurd. I blame the media myself, they have scared so many people silly.
