I am looking for a decent apartment complex to stay in while I wait for my house to sell. I am trying to stay close to work for now so I targeted the UC area for my hunt.

So far, Arwen Vista looks very nice and reasonably priced as does Colonial Village and Mallard Glenn.

Can anyone provide any feedback on these complexes? I need something clean, safe, and reasonably low cost to help spread my relocation assistance dollars until my house sells.

Thanks!

Of course if you know something better please suggest it (Even if it is a bit further away from work) The reviews online are so mixed on every one of them.

There's also some across from Walmart (near Concord Mills) that are nice and safe. A friend of mine has lived in there for the last couple of years. I think they are called Circle something. They would be off of Thunder Drive which you can get to off of Bruton Smith Blvd (Burger King is across the street and there's a AutoBell carwash at the intersection).

The East side of 85 most apartments have college students. I suggest staying West of 85 (into Concord, Huntersville to the North) unless that's what your looking for.
