I have not been on this board in forever! However now having lived here for 7 years we love it and moving here was the best decision we ever made. My oldest is now finishing up preschool at Carmel Baptist Wee School which was phenomenal! We are now on to K! We went through the admissions process with several schools but have fallen in love with both Covenant Day School and Charlotte Christian. The schools are so different and I have pros and cons for each. I would love to hear people's experiences. I know families at both schools and everyone seems happy! Thank you!
By now, you probably had to decide and hopefully are enrolled in one of these 2.
A few years ago, we also looked at both. For us, we loved the balance of Charlotte Christian School and that it was non-denominational. Basic Christian principles and values were taught, but some of the denominational type things (like Baptism at birth or later) they never seemed to go there.
Not trying to bash Covenant in any way.
Ultimately, it is a personal decision that is difficult! Hope you are happy with whatever you choose.
