Hey guys, do you know how long it takes driving from Fairington Apartment (Colony/Fairview) to uptown in rush hours? How about taking buses?

I'm thinking of moving there soon, I really like the woods and trees there, but am concerned about the commute. Thanks.

I lived at the Fairington a while back and the good thing about these apts is that there are several ways to get to uptown from there. The bad thing is that they will all be busy during rush hours. Count on 20-30 max.

Thanks, if I can get there in 30min, I would be very happy. My current commute is over 1 hour.
I have a middle school student, is that area a good place for a teen? (get activities, make friends, walk around)?

I live in fairington currently and it takes me 15-20 minutes to Duke Energy Center building uptown. I take Colony Rd/Sharon rd all the way to Queens Rd, then East Blvd and finally a right on south Blvd. hope that helps.
