Wow things are looking great for the area in the next few years. Nice to see they're finally going to replace the Tryon St. Bridge over Mallard Creek as well. It always made that area unwalkable.

It was approved. The developer had zoning for 22 stories, he just wanted to bump it to 25.

New mixed-use development coming to Rea Road and Tom Short Road. The development will have a movie theater, restaurants, grocery store, and a parking deck. The developer wants the town of Marvin to annex the land the development will be built on:

South Charlotte: Mixed use planned for Rea-Tom Short area
