Please suggest anyone within 20 minute drive of SouthPark that is incredible and not that expensive (no more than $200 for cut and highlights). I have tried 3 different salons in 2 years. One does OK color, but terrible cuts, so I go to her, but I need someone who can cut my hair right! I have long, wavy hair, so I need great layers!

Thanks!

Planet 21 Salon at the Arboretum is awesome. Stylists specialize in either color or cuts. So you'd have one person color first and then another cut/style. I see Stephanie for my highlights and she is fantastic. I would ask for one of the higher level stylists for your cut (the receptionist can tell you who is higher level and how much they cost).

I have long wavy hair also and I highly recommend David Ross Salon - (I see David himself) - he's not cheap (IMO) - he charges $70 for a cut, but he is so worth it! I haven't colored my hair in many years, but from what I hear, he's does a great job. He is constantly going to seminars, training, etc and freshening up his skills. I am sure you won't be disappointed if you go to him.
