I recently took a trip down to Charlotte to scope out the housing market. I mostly concentrated my search in the north Charlotte area. I was very impressed with the price of housing and the number of builders that are producing a nice quality product.

The one bad thing that I did notice...all of these new communities are being built on farmland that is only accessible by one-lane country roads. It seems that the transportation infrastructure will not be able to handle all of the commuter traffic once these communities are fully occupied. Any thoughts? Are there any plans to widen roadways to alleviate this problem??
