Does anyone have any information on when construction on the Harris Teeter anchored Berewick Town Center will be started? Besides McDonald's, does anyone know what other developments will be outside the Charlotte Premium Outlets? Also, there is a rumor that the former Bloom site(Behind CVS/7 Eleven) would be a brand new Publix Supermarket with a Quiktrip coming to the exit as well. Is there any truth these rumors?
