Why do I have a feeling that, IF she stays in school this time and gets an actual Nursing Degree, the hospital she works in will be missing some narcotics?

So, i came back to charlotte and the next spring 2001 semester i went to CPCC. i did not tell them on attending guilford college. However, the first semester there i did ok, but then the second semester (fall 2001) i basically said forget this stuff and didnt withdraw...therefor i ended up with 12 credit hours of all F's. At this point, my parents paid for everything then they said they would never pay again. so a few years went by and i realized that i needed to go back to school. In 2003 i applied as a NEW college student at Gaston college and didnt give any college transcrips for anywhere. I used financial aid and all was well. So in the fall of 2003 i actually had great grades in my "first" semester at college. i did great the next semester but stopped after i had 21 credits there. life happened and i ended up having a few kids. i then took a 2 year break. in the fall of 2005 i came back and used financial aid again, but didnt stay in my classes long enough for the cut off and was told that i owed them $1200. well i ddint have the money so i just stopped going there.

I attempted to go to guilford tech and applied for financial aid. I did not get it becuase they said they needed transcrips from gaston college, which i could not get becuase i owed them money. So i applied to cleveland college and got in. I used financial aid and it worked. However, the school had it out for me and they then told me that i now owe them $1900 back from the finacial aid pell. They lied and said i ran up charges in the book store...a total lie. so i could not enroll for another semester with them unitl the fake fees were paid. Anyway i then applied to winston salem state university and was able to use financial aid. They said since i was a white girl i was also eligable for minority scholarships. basically i stayed there a semester and was able to get student loans from the gov plus the pell grant. Now they claim i owe them $5000 for the pell. i had great grades the first semester, but the second semester ended up being all F's and two withdraws. I recently tried to get my life together again. So i called back CPCC and they said i was still a student there since i never officially withdrew from the campus all those years ago. SO i felt relieved that there was still somewhre i could go without paying any old dues.i tried for the financial aid and now they have said something about unusual enrollment and they need transcripts. but i dont know how to get aroudn this becuase i cant get those transcripts, i own thousands. Also, why do they need that? I attended CPCC BEFORE any of the other colleges, so why does it matter?

My other question is if i just go back to gason college and pay the balance, will it be smooth sailing? im planning on going to UNCG but there transfer applicants need 24 credits or more, so i need to still take another class at gaston college...OR just lie and give UNCG my high school transcript and come in as adult learner who has never been to college before. CAN THEY FIND OUT ABOUT ALL OF MY OTHER SCHOOLS IF I DONT APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID? DO I REALLY NEED TO CARE ABOUT ANY OF THE OTHER SCHOOLS FINDING OUT? i just want to finish something that was started long ago with out getting caught. what should i do now? AND wouldnt it be a wast of time and money paying back all of those schools??? ANY HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS AND COMMENTS APPRECIATED. iM NOT PROUD ABOUT WHAT I DID, BUT I STILL WANT TO GRADUATE AND HAVE A LIFE. THANKS.
People like you are the exact reason this country is going to hell. You have done nothing but abuse the system. The fact that you even have the balls to post this, speaks to your character. I believe anyone can change, and I hope you do, but your past is your past, and you have made a mess of it. Shame on you for wasting a bunch of tax dollars. If you are ever become a meaningful contributor to society, you will understand why your past actions were so poor. I won't hold my breath. You have no shame in what you post, its everyone's else's fault. Time to wake up look in the mirror, and put your big girl pants on. You and only you are the reason for your problems.

I understand the want/need to improve one's skills, but you can not continue going to one school after the other, at the end of the day, student loan debt is no damn joke. Neither are interest rates on those loans. Instead of getting financial aid, save up money and pay for classes, you can go the certification route and probably be employed faster then going the 4 year route. The job you get from your certification might just pay for you to go get Your BA/BS. If you desire to go to school, look for all the ways possible to get non loan funding.

What ever you do, don't keep on lying because at the end of the day, the fed will know because it was your source of funding for each school. Also school is expensive, find out what exactly went wrong those semesters you messed up, think long and hard about how or what you need to do to correct them, because there is no reason to keep going if you aren't going to finish what you start.

Another thing to remember. If you ever decide to file for bankruptcy, you will not be able to file on those students loans. They will haunt you forever. If you ever start working, you will never see a tax return while you are not paying those as the government will keep it.

System beater, nurse, liar & thief working in a hospital - PREFECT !!!!!!!!!!!
How about head of pharmaceuticals - you can "slip off" with a few boxes of dope
and sell it on the streets. Wouldn't that be an awesome use of your education?

What the OP is doing to the system was possible well before Obama took office (I've seen it done before) so that really has nothing to with this topic. Or do you suggest we go back to the old days where only those fortunate enough to be born with parents wealthy enough to afford college out of pocket are the only ones worthy of higher education?

From what I've read OP I think school just isn't for you. Yes the Pell Grants are technically a grant, but those grants are meant for a student to attend school with, not to get a quick cash in. If you withdraw from the school or fail all of the classes then the school is doing the right thing by making you pay back that money. That means you didn't hold up your end of the agreement by attending class and getting at least a C.

I do realize that sometimes extraordinary circumstances do arise that force students to have to withdraw or leave school but the problem with your story is that you seem to have done it several times over. At this point I think you should look at other options besides going to college because enrolling and quitting over and over is wasting your time, the school's time, and taxpayer money. You need to figure out what you really want to do because at this point it doesn't look like college is for you.

However, if you're determined to go back then go out and get a job, save up the money to pay back what you owe. Either that or enroll by paying for classes out of pocket. If you "really" want an education then work for it. You were given money to attend school and you quit over and over. Time to pay up or move on. That's the harsh reality of it.

You don't need to be asking questions in this forum. You will get little or more like NO sympathy. Growing up is a life experience. No one is going recommend you continue deceit and lying.

My suggestion is to sit down with guidance at one of the schools and start the conversation with a mea maxima culpa. You might find a sympathetic ear in that environment. Might.

You need to go back and read your posting with a critical eye. If any potential employer ever read the posting, they will get the message that you are not trustworthy. I believe that is the message most people are getting from your posting.

My dear, when you don't pay for what you owe and then omit your status with other colleges on applications . . . yes, that is fraud.

You are responsible for making payment on those student loans as soon as you stop going to classes.

People like you are the reason there are stipulations in re: to student loans not being dismissed in a bankruptcy.
