The OP apparently knows her way around the system.
And makes it harder for those truly in need and deserving of the help/perks etc. Those benefits, perks, grants etc are on a limited basis. I hate reading stories like hers.
Has anybody considered the possibility that this person might be a troll? He/she created an account on November 11, began this thread the very same day, and has never posted in any other thread. I don't know, but this story just doesn't ring true with me. This also is an odd place for someone to be seeking that kind of advice.
