Relocating need a good pre-k school or daycare (Charlotte, Huntersville: schools, living in)

I have a four year old and need to put her in a good Pre-K school so that she can go to school in the fall. I'd rather not put her in a daycare but I will if she can be in a position to go to kindergarten this fall instead of having to wait until next year because her birthday is in December.

I'm not sure of where I'll be living. Once I find out where the really good Pre-K and daycare schools are, I'll try to look into those areas. As of right now, I may be near Freedom Mall (wherever that is). Is that N,S,E, or W Charlotte...the zipcode is 28208.

Well, you may want to nail down your job situation before you investigate any schools. You really don't want to live on one side of town and work on the other - traffic can be a nightmare. If you think you will be working near Freedom Mall I would suggest you start looking for places to live in Mt. Holly or Huntersville. Sorry to say, I am not as familiar with the schools on that side of town.
