Lot of happy clients from them. I send a ton of patients to Dr. Webb and Allen in the Southpark area. For the longest time Ballantyne did not have decent orthodontists, now they're all over the place and it's tough for me to keep track of who is who. But Drs. Case and Burrow and their former partner Dr. Hull have been around for a while. I always pick the specialists I refer to based on my personal interviews and feedback from my patients, not from the quantity of advertising I see in Charlotte Magazine.

Hope this helps.

Same here. Both daughters went to Dr. Case who was excellent, as well as his staff.

Default Dr. Jack Burrow

My daughter went to see Dr. Burrow at the Randolph Road location. He is a professor at UNC Chapel Hill and private practice here in Charlotte. He was amazing! After she was finished I decided to go into treatment!! Highly recommend!

I had braces from Burrow & Case. Now all of my front teeth are cracked (4 on top and 4 on bottom). The cracks go right through the center of each tooth, right where the brackets used to be attached.

I think the little helper girl (are they called hygenists when they work for orthodontists?) cracked my teeth when she took the braces brackets off. It sure felt and sounded like she was breaking them, but she said it was all normal. In general, the girls there seemed to have a lot of trouble with their tasks, which gives me the impression they're not well trained. Dr Case didn't do much of anything himself, so I don't really think it matters whether he's a "good" orthodontist or not since the practice itself seems to have such problems.

Now I'm going to need to get all my teeth capped. I've just asked for my money back, but I'm not holding my breath.

I don't think I can recommend this practice. They also stock their waiting room with obnoxious religious literature & bibles, which I didn't like. Just overall thumbs down.
