Hi all,

We're headed to the Mooresville/Huntersville area this coming week to scope out homes and areas for our relocation this summer (yes, we have a job secured ). We'll be in the area for about 2 days before heading to Raleigh to do the same and are hoping to also eat at some locally owned joints - so please, pass recommendations my way! We love to support local and also love to feel the vibe at local places - might help with our decision.

Thanks!

Whenever I'm in the area I like to stop in to at least one of these:

Joe Fish Casual Seafood

Killingtons Restaurant and Pub

The Prickly Pear

Harrisburg Family House

Pike's Old Fashioned Soda Shop

131 Main - for a nicer meal
Tenders - awesome quick serve chicken and fries

They are actually run by the same people and both are wonderful.

Epic in downtown Mooresville if you are looking for a nice dinner.

Lancasters BBQ in Mooresville is an interesting place to see with decent bbq but really cool interior.

LaUnica mexican in Huntersville is worth a try.

Toast in downtown Davidson and Mooresville is good.

Bad Daddy's in Huntersville and Mooresville is also worth a try.
