Yeah the 13 year old child was a pretty important detail to leave out. Are you looking for larger than a 1 bedroom? That will be tough at $750/month (and doing some quick searching even a 1 bedroom in an area with decent schools may be). Agree for the most part with Zeus about 28215, although I'd probably go as far as saying anything east of 485 should be fine, between WT Harris and 485 probably not terrible, but would want to be careful if west of WT Harris. However I don't believe the schools are rated very highly.
I'd probably agree with the Concord suggestion but the ones near Concord Mills look pricey. If you go further north they get a little more reasonable (although not 100% sure of the specific areas and schools but Concord for the most part is not bad). A few I see with reasonable prices (maybe even 2 bedrooms near your budget) and decent reviews are Mission Concord Place, Concord Pointe, and Parkway Crossing.
