Bonterra design center (house, cabinets, flooring)

We will be signing the contract today for Millbridge. However, we won't be able to head back there to do the design. Has anyone been able to meet with Bonterras Design area remotely/face time?

Having been through the process with a different builder, there's no way I'd do it remotely.
The point of the design center is so that you can see the materials and samples in person. You don't want to pick out exterior colors and trim, counter tops, cabinets, carpeting, doors, fixtures and flooring from some selections that you see on a computer. It's an all day process.
Sitting with the design center associate and looking at the house design plan also helped us catch some incorrect items and assumptions that were made and correct them before the blueprint was drawn up.
We also got to see items that wereally part of other house designs as she was shuffling through paperwork which gave us ideas on what we wanted to add such as a driveway extension and garage eyebrow.
I suggest finding a way to make it.
