Do you mean zip code 28215 or area codes 704 and 980?

You really should come down for a visit and explore some before signing on for an apartment.

Zip code 28215 covers a large area. I know there are definitely parts of it I wouldn't live in. There may be parts I would, I just don't know that much about it.

I have co-workers that relocated as well as myself. None of us had any issues getting an apartment while we still lived outside of the area. How are you going about trying to get an apartment?

I dont have issues getting an apartment. I just want to make sure I am living in a decent area . I have a 13 yr old daughter and I want to make sure she is safe. I was in charlotte a few days ago and looked at some places but the places i found had no availability. I didnt know where else to look so i decided to look online....

Judging off the map Google shows for the area I would probably only live in the northeastern section of this zip code and the part east of 485.

I would totally avoid the part west of Harris Blvd. The areas around Albemarle Rd. can be hit or miss. You might need to be a little more specific on what neighborhood the apartment is in or near as this zip code can vary a lot.

IMO, I think you'd be better off looking for an apartment closer to Concord....minimally Harrisburg. The schools are likely to be better than in 28215, too.
