I know a lot of people have posted on here about apartments but there are a couple in particular that I need some REAL facts on. I am moving to Charlotte in May and want to live close to uptown preferrably in Dilworth, South Park, Elizabeth or Myers Park. I am looking for one bedrooms around the $800 or less range. Does anyone know anything about Fairington, Courtney Oaks, Parkside, or Waterford Creek? I really liked Strawberry Hill, but I heard there were problems with roaches? Are there any great values I'm missing?

Why not live Uptown? Just curious?

You can get a 1 bedroom for maybe $800 if they are running specials.

You will not really find any apartments in Dilworth or Myers Park unless they are homes converted into apartments. Plenty of apartments Uptown and boarding Uptown (SouthEnd) and also apartments in South Park. Not alot to do in SouthPark if you are a young single professional unless you like to shop (nice area though).

GOOD LUCK!
