I used to get it at WHole Foods/Wild Oats but then my regular grocery started carrying a full line of herbal stuff, organic food, herbal cosmetics, etc. The brand I use is HerbPharm but I am sure there are others. It does come in pill form that GNC carried but I didn't think it acted as quickly as the liquid. A small bottle is about $10 but it lasts at least a year.

You might try giving the Vitamin Shop a call for the Feverfew. That's where I went for the Magnesium and B-2.

That sounds like what my former boss would get. I also apply ice packs.

Just to let everyone know that I finally started at Presbyterian Neurology Center two weeks ago and you can make your appointment to have your headaches evaluated and treated. And a reminder that I am the only fellowship-trained headache specialist in Charlotte.

Welcome Doc!! Thankfully I don't need your services myself, but I'm sure Charlotte is lucky to have you

Will do, but I'll be sending my headache in the form of the Mrs.. Unfortunately you might be needing a headache specialist afterwards as well.

Dr. Sacco has a long wait list for a new patient appointment because she does truly listen. She sets apart 1-1/2 hour in her schedule for a new patient visit and goes over a "game plan" individualized for what suits you best. (She does not cram tons of patients into her day in the name of the almighty dollar.) From there on out, you will call & see her and adjust things as needed.
