Has anyone used self install security systems like

Go!Control
Frontpoint
Protect America
LiveWatch Security
Link Interactive
SimpliSafe
LifeShield
AlarmForce

What do you think? Were any of these easy to install? (I.e. Someone with less than average handyman skills and average computer skills).

Thank you!

I use Simplisafe and it was very easy to install...it's all just 3M pull tabs. I've had some issues with the signal which is cell-based but I think that's moreso because of my location. Overall pretty good value for the price IMO - the main reason I even signed up for it to begin with was because we wanted more sensors and it was wayyy less expensive than pretty much everything else we looked at (most of the big guys only include 1 door and window sensor I believe and then charge out the wazoo for additional ones).

Check out the IRIS system that Lowe's sells. Self install with plenty of pieces you can add on individually whenever your time/budget allows.
