Commute from Mooresville to South Park at rush hour (home, purchasing)

I will be doing the commute from Mooresville to South Park for a few months prior to purchasing a home in the South Park area. What are the average commute times? Optimal time to leave Mooresville to have best commute time? Thanks!

Should be about 45 mins WITHOUT traffic. During the morning rush? An hour, easy, maybe closer to 90 mins?


If you're thinking of coming down I-77 in the AM, the earlier the better.
