Does anyone have any information on this neighborhood? Is it safe? How is the HOA? Is it in a nice part of town?

There was a murder in that neighborhood just a few months back. It is in Derita off of Sugar Creek Rd. between Graham St & Mallard Creed Rd.

Could have been domestic...but I don't think so.

Potters Trace is on the other end of Sugar Creek, Its about 1 mile from WT Harris Blvd. This neighborhood is pretty good. There is new houses being built behind existing neighborhood as an add on to the community. Nice Place to live.
