Feel free to list what's scheduled for where you live for Christmas & the holiday season. Feel free to include light displays, whether public or private. Anything that you think would be of interest is fair game.

By far, the best free Christmas thing to see is McAdenville in Gaston County off of I-85. Absolutely gorgeous little town that has Christmas lights and decorations like no other. Again, it's free!

Check out Christmas in Davidson. Dec 1-3 deo6pm to 9pm. Its very nice with all the stores open, Christmas lights, a few thousand people, and a great Christmas spirit. We were there for our first time last year and loved it.

Uptown Charlotte offers ice skating, a German holiday display, Nutcracker performance and other performing arts events. I believe that some uptown churches,i.e. St. Peter's, offer chamber music and Christmas music exhibitions. Check the chamber of commerce on line.
