Ok, I know I've asked this a few months ago.
We may actually have the chance to move there now.
DH may have a job in Huntersville.
So again, I am looking for a subdivision in the
$250k range
single family home
Huntersville
social, family friendly neighborhood (we have a 1 and 4 yr old)
safe
Good schools
VERY convenient to shopping and good hospitals
Thanks.

Are you looking for a resale or new construction? Most of the Huntersville area is family friendly and your minutes away from Birkdale etc no matter where you live in this corridor (huntersville) let me know if I can be of an help.

Carrington Ridge is a good choice, and in your price range.

I like Highland Creek - half in Mecklenburg, half in Cabarrus and near enough to Huntersville

second vote for macaulay - the majority of kids in the young new neighborhood are between newborn to five and most moms stay at home - it is a small community feel and everyone is SO NICE and very socialble!
