It's been awhile since I have been to Mint Hill. In what way did they not implement their mission statement?

I still own properties there, was hoping for small town as the master plan shows. I see their letting el cheapo Ryan Homes in. I think that makes it Suburban Utopia instead of the small town Master Plan they had.
