I have tried listing a Huntersville Farm rental in the Observer, but the only categories available are House/apt rental. The land includes a house, but the thing that makes it valuable is the pasture land and enclosures. Does anyone know how and where would I go about listing such a rental?
Here's the real problem: People answering the ad have no idea how/no desire to mow/maintain pasture land, etc.

Try putting it in the Agriculture Review. Subscriptions are free and it's published monthly. You can read it online also. There is a minimal charge for an add.
What if you just put the word out among the horse community - maybe post something at the local stables or local farm supply locations. Word of mouth would travel to those most likely looking.
These are really good suggestions! I will follow up on both Agricultural Review and via local stables. Thank you.
