I know you said Charlotte...but there is a very nice bowling alley in Huntersville...right on 21 (Statesville Road)...just south of Sam Furr Rd (Exit 25 Birkdale)...by Country Inn & Suites.
AMF Carolina Lanes in Matthews is good. Go to the back where it's all non-smoking - much nicer!! They have bumpers they can put up for the kids (helps me too!). I think the Sports Connection in Ballantyne has just mini bowling. They also have lts of arcade games, laser tag, and inflatables. My kids LOVE it there! It's a great place to take them on a rainy day!
THANKS...went there years back and it was nice...do you know if it still is?
We go there for the kids and birthday's and such. When it first opened we joined a bowling league. That's some serious stuff. The midnight bowling is always fun....

Sports Connection has 14 full size bowling alleys.
Has anybody been to the one at Sports Connection in South Charlotte off of Ardrey Kell. Is it big?
Not really...14 full size lanes, kinda expensive at least for bowling, especially on the weekend. 6 or 8 mini lanes...video games are nice because they are new. Wish they offered a little more like go karts and/or mini golf.
its 7.00 a game the one at the sports connection..the one in Matthews is where we go
