Here's the list of affected subdivisions according to the PDF posted on the county school system's website.

Very informative for those in the buyer's market. I don't doubt that this will be a great school.

Muffin I have to agree with you, ive heard from some people its going to be just like marvin ridge so that is good to hear for those looking to buy in the area

Interesting about Hollister, as they are across the street from Weddington HS...I was told from a source at the district, that this is done no more appeals and I guess if one doesnt like the re assignment they will have to move...

Default clarification

Just to clarify as I will be new to the area---the schools on the list will go to the new schools that will open in 2009? A subdivision not listed on the list but that was reassigned to weddington will stay at weddington? I am looking at Brookhaven. Thanks.

Default confusing

So Berry did you get the school you wanted? I hope so.

What schools are Demere, Holister and Tuscany in? What about Price Mill? I guess they stayed the same.

Wgat happens for people that are part of the Sun Valley district will they get redirected to another school?
