Can anyone tell me if there is still an ongoing smell from The Wallace Farms? I really love the Skybrrok and wish to buy a home in there, but not if things are bad with Wallace. Does the smell reach that area?
Please help?

If it helps, here's a recent article from last week that says the place is taking new steps to control the smell, and more importantly that they will be moving in a few years...

Oops, I take back this post. I thought you were talking about another neighborhood named Skybrook. The one I am thinking of is not in Huntersville.

I love in Highland Creek and I get the smell. At the worst, its 3-4 times a week.

Definately talk to people in the neighbor hood about it before you sign the papers. At least you know about the smell, it just kinda 'hit' us one day.
