I originally posted about purchasing a Southampton Home but I did not get too many responses. The home I'm buying is in Tanner's Creek...so does anyone live in that development?

Do you like it? What are the people like? What are the demographics of the people that live there?

I just sold my parents Townhome over there. Its not a bad neighborhood. There has been some minor issues with some of the kids in the area but that seems to be under control. You know the typical bored syndrome.

I know a few people that still live over there and they are happy. It seems to be another melting pot. People from all sides of the country. I think you will be happy.

Let me know if you need anything else.
