Was wondering if anyone out has bought into The "Forest Glen " development , townhouses & single family houses on Ava Avenue in Charlottee . Initially they were to be built by Dec '21 . Then there was a supply chain problem . Now was told its a fire code problem and builder needs to put in a sprinkler system . They cleared the land and building came to a halt in late November with no completion date in site .
Also was wondering if anyone can tell me about the property surrounding this development I know theres an elementery school on one side of property . I also heard other side yrs ago was some kind of dumping ground ??
if anyone can relate to this message & share some information it would be greatly appreaciated .

Thanks & stay safe
