I moving from Tampa to Charlotte and I thought about moving to Biscayne Apartments located at 3401 Biscayne Drive Charlotte, NC 28205. If anyone is familiar with these apartments and the area please reply with details.

I am not familiar with this particular apartment complex, but I do live in another Marsh property. From a maintenance standpoint, they do a good job and seem to be very responsive.

Perhaps another poster has more direct experience with the Biscayne Apartments.

Aah....Biscayne Apartments.....Stayed there for about 4 years.Yes they are located on the east side of Charlotte. Yes a lot people who relocate here snurl their nose up at the east side....but I say not all of the east-side is all that bad.......There are pockets to the east-side....I can tell you that the area that these apartments are located in is a "great pocket". You're right across the street from a Walmart, also there is a "Food Lion" in walking distance/McDonalds/Post Office/and a bank. Nice apartments for that side of town. 1BDRM are about 950 sq. feet and 2BDRM are about 1600sq.ft...Very spacious...The whole four years that I was there the complex was quiet.......Please be open minded when viewing the apartments.....
