Just wondering if there are any northerners who are currently living in this particular Eastwood Homes community. My wife and 5 month old twins are having a house built and will be ready in April. We are from New York and have heard that some southerners might not be so welcoming, but I have visited Charlotte several times, been to several different cities, and never found that to be true at all. In fact, people seem to be very friendly despite my New Yawwk accent!!! We can't wait to move down, meet our new neighbors, and start a better way of life. Just wanted to hear some other peoples experiences who moved down to this area.
