While I was looking for a short term rental I found one that would allow a short term 3 month lease then month to month after but it is in Lincoln County. Call some apartments and see if they would be interested in at least a 3 month. When I first called I asked about month to month and they said no but yes to three months. Good luck

We were in the same boat - we needed an apartment for 2 months while waiting for our house to be finished. We went with this place:

Untitled Document

They do corporate apartment rentals for as short term as a month. And they offer fully furnished units (which allowed us to just pack most of our stuff into a pod so we didn't have to move all of our stuff twice).
