I'm trying to sell my townhouse in North Charlotte and it's not going well. I've relocated for a new job in Louisville and HAVE to get out from under this mortgage.

I've decided to rent it but want to work with a reputable property management company and the only ones I'm familiar with are the shady ones. Any recommendations out there?
