I'm in the process of opening a Healthy Fast Food restaurant in Charlotte. Before I open, I need to gather some info from Charlotteans. I'm looking for young, old, men, women, fast food users, non fast food users, people on diets, people not on diets, etc.
If you would be kind enough to fill it out, email or PM me your email and I'll send it to you. It only takes 5 minutes. Thanks!
Can you just send it to me - copy and paste - using the DM feature? If you will do that, I will be glad to fill it out for you, but to be frank, I don't send anyone my email addy b/c of mailing lists. No offense. You are a new member and we have not gotten to know each other yet, LOL.
You could make it into a post - using the poll feature - and ask people's opinions. If it is not advertising - and only asking people's opinions about what food they are interested in, price points, etc. I believe it would be w/in the TOS. You could send a DM to SunnyKayak and ask if that would be proper. You might get a lot more responses by doing a poll.
I realize Charlotte might not be the place for this type of restaraunt, but I would love to see a place like Juliano's raw restaurant (now in San Fran, Santa Monica and Vegas. They may be other places too, but these are the ones I know about.)
Or at least a place that had some of those types of options.
Oh, I would love for there to be a truly good and healthy fast food option. I so HATE Subway and that's about the closest there is. I can't even find a restaurant with a salad bar since I moved here!
Actually, there is a somewhat healthy option in Ballantyne Topz Restaurants - Home and it's pretty good. Also, you can get healthy food at almost any fast food joint these days (except for Hardee's). BK serves organic apple sauce in their kids meals, you can get fruit at Mickey D's and plenty of "grilled chicken" options abound everyjwere.
The salad bar I like best and with the best price around this area is Jason's Deli.
Jason's doesn't have any transfat either.
