Is any familiar with the "We'll buy your house if it doesn't sell" concept? I believe ERA realty offers this. Any others? How does it work? Thanks!

I checked with Era about this when we listed our house in FL 2 years ago. The catch back then was you also needed to buy a house through them and there were some other stipulations about your house selling. For us, it wasn't an option to purchase through them. We had already signed a contract on a new house to build before we listed our house. Given the way the market is today, I wonder if they are still doing this.
