We are moving to the South Charlotte area and my husband is starting a business that requires 20 foot ceilings and 10,000 square feet. Looking for leads on space near major interstates or freeways? We are moving from
California and are not familiar with the area

There is a lot of warehouse space around the airport - off the Sam Wilson Rd exit of I-485. This is very convenient to all the major highways around Charlotte. It will take you about 20-30 minutes depending on where in South Charlotte or Union County you are. I have no idea who you would contact, but that would be a good location. West Pointe Business Park is another large warehouse park in that location - I'm not sure of who to contact re. leasing, however.
