My family moved in NC last month. I am looking for a preschool in the area for my four year old. Based on some of the posting in the forum, looks like it is hard to get in any preschool after the school begins. YMCA and CMS put me in the waiting list.
My son goes to University Child Day Care near Birkdale. We have been using them for about 7 years now. Same people basically still work there which is great since that means not a lot of turnover. Now if you go you have to tell them I sent you so I can get a free week . I'll buy lunch for ya to call it even
we will be moving to Huntersville and are also looking for a preschool for a (just turned) 5 year old. Any updates would be great. I am very nervous for my son as he has been at the same school in Texas for 3 years.
We are able to get a spot in YMCA in Cornelius and it is working out pretty good for my child. You can check out Phoenix Montessori as well. I heard lots of good things about it.
yes Village of Rosedale has the Elementary school right on the edge of the neighborhood. Also there are some communities around J.V. Washam Elementary in Cornelius that you can walk to the school.
I am a In-Home preschool provider :-) I currently live in Va. However, my husband may start working at Rubbermaid in Huntersville. I am a little nervous as to starting all over with what I do.... Trying to find the best area to purchase a home. I also have two children ( 11 yr old and a 9 yr old so the schools are very important to me. Did you happen to see in home Preschools around ( not babysitters ) Just curious :-)
