We have a lot on hold until 2/17/07 (needed some time to think) and wanted to find out about the area from the natives. It seems pretty rual to me, but I loved the house. Is this an up and coming area, or is it at its peak?

I have sold a few homes in that development and grew up in the area. My clients and myself have had very positive experience with Bonterra. They were actually formed by a few brothers born and raised in the Union County. That area has done very well and many people have continued to purchase. The land next door was bought about 2 years ago and a builder named Evergreen has started the first phase.

Are you working with Heidi?
