Ok here is another one for ya....Does anyone know about lindenwood???? good sub-division or not so good sub-division the homes are newer resales nicely priced and beautiful but have to wonder why are there so many??

any input would be great....

Nice subdivision but if memory serves me correctly....no pool and amenities besides a pond.

thats what I thought, I saw on the carolinahome.com listings that it says pool playground and walking trails, but I thought someone else said no ammenties..lol

Yes, I believe they are building on the empty lot across the street from Lindenwood at the intersection there..They are planning to build a Lowe's Foods...so I would consider this - if you are planning on buying there. There might be high traffic cutting through the neighborhood- plus property values might go down if they are built across the street from retail
