What can you tell us about Eastwood homes?? Pro's and con's---We are looking for something in the 200k (+or-) and would like to know which areas this would fall into and is Eastwood a home we should consider. Thanks !!

I considered Eastwood @ Crismark also @ Falcon Ridge.(both in your price range)
We finally decided against Crismark, and went to look at Falcon Ridge, when we discovered M/I in the same development, in the end I went with M/I Homes in Falcon Ridge, but it ended up a very close thing.

Thanks for the feedback!!!What made you choose Falcon over Chrismark as we have been looking at both of these areas(schools are not an issue)--Also I've got to play dumb!! Who is M/I??? are they a builder?? Thanks Again!!!

The reason we chose Falcon Ridge is we preferred the area also the commute for us was better than Crismark.
M/I Homes is a semi-Custom builder they are selling half of Falcon Ridge Eastwood is selling the other half either of the builders would possibly suit you,in the house we are buying we are turning the living room into an office, it could easily be turned into a bedroom, we had thought about turning the downstairs powder room into a full bath as well, but decided if it ever comes to that we will install a chair lift.

MI Homes are a great company. My wife is trying to talk me into moving into the Asheboro they offer. There warranties are prob. one of the best on the market that new home builders offer.
