Just came back from H.T. I asked for gnocchi at the service desk. They looked at me as though I had three heads!
Anyone know where I can locate fresh gnocchi?
I'd settle for frozen as well.
TIA

I see you're not versed in Italian cooking.

I'm seeing it now for the first time. Even though it sounds like the name of a designer purse, it does look like the tasty little entree. But it also doesn't look that hard to make from scratch, either.

Great...now I'm going to have to try this.

Just got some at Cost Plus in Matthews - Trader Joe's carries it too - at least the one on Rea Rd usually does.

I made some a couple of weeks ago - much easier than I thought - just a little time consuming making all the little gnocchis

Thanks for all the ideas everyone.
I completely forgot that TJ's carries frozen gnocchi.
I just wish Charlotte had a place that sells fresh gnocchi, pasta and perogi.
There's a new business idea!
I bet it would do really well around here.

I'm pretty sure they have an unfrozen gnocchi as well - not sure if that qualifies as "fresh" gnocchi because it is still pre-packaged! My daughter works there and brings it home for me frequently. It's in the area with their other pastas - used to be on the bottom shelf.
