Taylor Glenn is in a good location. I sold a home in that area a few months ago; it went in two weeks and I had multiple offers on it. People like it because it's in a pretty area and close to schools. The builders in Taylor Glenn are Mercedes and Bonterra (only two I know of). Both are pretty good for the price, which ranges from around $165k- 350k. The community ammenities include a club house, playground area, pond, pool, and tennis courts. The schools are Shiloh Elem., Sun Valley Middle, and Sun Valley HS. If you'd like to see what's available in that area you can go to my website and do a property search, under subdivisions just enter Taylor Glenn. If you see something that interests you and need more detailed info send me a note.

I agree with businessperson -- it is a beautiful community. Bonterra is still building in there, and they have some great incentives on inventory homes. Shiloh elementary is a year round school -- some of my clients initially considered Taylor Glenn but because they had kids in elementary and other ages decided to go with schools on the same schedule. Best of luck
