Can anyone tell me how Peach Tree hill subdivision is 28216 .Is it a bad area or not .Any details you can give me will be helpful.

If this is the one located in north/northwest Charlotte - not good. My office just finished property assessments on 13 vacant/foreclosed homes. We opted to send 2 people instead of 1 for safety reasons.

My info is that this is high foreclosure area and also - problems w/ crime. This is an old story. Now, there was talk about revitalization in that area, but don't know what has occurred. You should really google it and see what else pulls up.

If you want to see how many crimes have taken place in that area visit Community Crime Information System. You can do a serach by address for crimes & calls for service that have taken place within 1000 ft, .25 or .50 miles of there.
