I used them, the guy who came was very rude and unprofessional and on top of that, he had body odor and refused to move his shoes. I would say stay away! I too was attracted to the price but was very unhappy with the service.
Handy Guys appears to actually be just one guy who is quite rude. He did some work for folks I know and would not come back to fix it. He flat lied and said he would and never showed up.
A peephole is very very easy.
I had my wife do ours and she is the least handy person you could think of. You need a drill and a drill bit (size is listed on the package of the peephole). Mark where you want the hole with a pencil. Drill the hole all the way through the door. Pop the peephole in. Screw the 2 pieces together. Vacuum up the mess. Honestly, cleaning up takes longer than putting it in.
