M/I Homes or Brighton Park in Mint Hill Info please! (house, neighborhood)

I am seriously considering buy into this neighborhood but can not find any info on this builder. Also if anyone knows anything about this neighborhood any info would be appreciated. TIA

I have an M/I homes house.

They build a well built house, we had an independent inspection and they even said that the house was well built.

I had a couple of warranty issues that they have taken care of everything.

You can also make small changes to the plans, which for us was great.

I have lived in the community for almost 3 years and love it. M/I homes build a great job. I am considering relocating to another state and about to listmy home. Please respond to my email if you are interested.

Can anyone tell me any info on Brighton Park in Mint Hill. My husband and I drove around there and loved this subdivision. We are a young married couple looking to start a family and really like the convenience of a small shopping center nearby. Are the neighbors friendly? This place reminds me a lot of Wisteria Lane!
