I don't know if you are looking to buy or rent, but maybe rent closer to the UNCC area and wait to buy in Mooresville 'till the company moves? Good luck!

Since the Mooresville to exit 18 commute is bad in and of itself, I am going to estimate a good hour to commute. BLECH.

Consider a move to the Highland Creek/Prosperity Chruch Road area. Even West Huntersville (Tanners Creek, Crosswinds, and other subdivisions) would be much closer. You could shoot down Beatties Ford to Mt. Holly Huntersville to Harris Blvd from there. It is Meck Co, so taxes will be higher. Why were you looking at Mooresville? Just curious....

From Mooresville, this would be a horrible way to travel. One could take highway 3 to Odell School Rd to Davidson Hwy to 1430 and get on 85 South. There is never traffic this way even during rush hour.
