Here is what I am looking for: I need a shed or utility room that has water and electricity. It would be a business deal set up with flat rate monthly monetary compensation. Please DM me so that we can talk.

CLT has a plethora of unfilled self storage businesses.
Why not rent a small unit there?

FWIW we use a mobile dog groomer that comes to our house and trims the pup in their van.
Now, I would not go in the van, but they do a great job at a cheaper rate than any fixed location.
Our Vet is also mobile and cheaper than brick and morter - it's the future of pet care, IMHO.

I was thinking the Unibomber II. Not sure if you are going to find anyone willing to let you do this in their shed. Your best bet might be to look at the Classifieds/Creative loafing for someone with a room over garage rental situation. Something about asking to rent someone's shed when they are not already offering it for rent that may throw people off. Good luck though, I am all for people with an entrepreneurial spirit!

That was the best! We had a yellow lab when the movie came out, DH and I were hysterical in the theater! It's just plain funny.

I'm not falling for that one again. You and your friend Beavis can go find someone else's shed.

I own the DVD, one of my fav recent movies.
I suppose 'recent' will be relative.

'Why don't you shut-up and eat your burger'.

'These are IOUs and are just as good as money'.
