My commute each morning is 30 minutes in typical rush hour. I live off Exit 88 on I-77 in Fort Mill and drive up to the Dilworth section of Charlotte for work. I leave at 8:30 a.m. and arrive by 9 a.m. Going home I leave at 6:00 p.m. and can be home anywhere between 6:20 - 6:35 p.m.
a more accurate time line is 30 minutes or less to both locations (apx. 20 minutes non peak hours)
Well I was trying to be generous with some leeway. I'm sure it can be done in thirty minutes but I've also had times it took longer. That's why I said 30 - 45. Not everyone has the same experience.

yeah but come on businessperson...you quote the same time for folks out in Union County...and we all know that's farther and the traffic is heavier?
I don't want to open that can of worms again. It's all relative. You can indeed make the trip from Union Co. to Uptown in the same amt. of time depending on where you are in Union Co. I've made both trips. So, let's leave it at that. I'm trying to be conservative.
