Some of the newer neighbourhoods, the builders purposly sold to people that could not afford the homes, therfore more foreclosures etc.

NO to the first two links, Yes to the third - again, you gotta stay north of Harris Blvd.

I'm what? Is this crossing the line with the rules of engagement on this forum?
How about adding Mullman's name above to the name calling?
Keep it up!!!

Am I missing something here?
Is there something wrong with south of Harris Blvd. like our NoDa (North Davidson) district?
One of your best buys are over there.

here is one North of Harris for $109,000 - if you go to the map, do a birds eye view and look around, it looks pretty nice to me but then again I obviously don't know anything about Charlotte.

Wow, that's a pretty sweet deal - it's a foreclosure that sold for $147,000 back in 2000. In 2001 it resold for $155,000!

See, this is where the market downfall will really help someone like you Someones foreclosure is your great deal - POTENTIALLY. You still want to be careful about the area. This is not a bad area, but I would need to need how many other foreclosures are in this particular neighborhood before I'd recommend it.
